This application can help you edit your photos. In my opinion, one of the main assets of this program is its attractive interface, thoroughly designed in dark colors. Moreover, although it may take some time before you grasp all its intricacies, you will be using it without any difficulty in the end.
Multiple functions are logically arranged in various tabs so it is quite easy to find and use them. Thus, you can perform such basic operations as rotating and cropping the picture, removing the red-eye effect and retouching a photo. Moreover, you can perform tone corrections, adjust brightness and contrast, balance color and apply blur effects. Similarly, the program allows adding watermarks. Unfortunately, the list of available operations is not as extensive as those of more sophisticated applications. Likewise, I could not find any filters. One advantage of this program is that it supports comparing the original photo with the modified one.
When you are done with the editing process, you can share the results of your work. A long list of picture formats is supported as output. Furthermore, you can print the photo from within the application as well. Unluckily, AVS Photo Editor does not allow you to save your work as projects.
As a whole, AVS Photo Editor is a handy application for even users with basic skills. As said above, it has a great interface. However, you will perhaps miss some of the functions present in more sophisticated photo-editing applications.
